Honppo Refund Policy
Hey there, Honppo fam! 👋 Here’s the lowdown on how cancellations, returns, and refunds work around here.
1. Cancellation ❌
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Once a product has shipped, we unfortunately can’t cancel the order.
2. Returns (Only supports certain situations) 🔄
We accept returns within 14 days after you receive your order. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.
Returns are not accepted for issues beyond the merchant’s control — such as preference changes, improper use, logistical delays, or environmental factors.
3. Refunds (Only supports certain situations) 💸
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Refunds are not accepted for issues arising from factors outside of our control, including preference changes, improper use, logistical issues, or environmental factors.
4. Late or Missing Refunds 🕒
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
